Do you have my item in stock?
Although most of our products are available for shipping the same day, some items may take up to two weeks to be shipped.
On our web-site, we have clearly indicated which products are in-stock, special order, discontinued, etc.
On the search results or the product detail page, under In Stock you can see one of the following:
* YES — indicates the product is in stock and ships within 24 hours
* NO — indicates the product is currently not in stock, but we are currently working on obtaining it
* LIMITED AVAILABILITY — we only have a limited availability of this item and your order might be delayed
* PLEASE CALL FOR AVAILABILITY — we are currently only able to get this item through special order. Please contact our Sales Department to arrange a special order
* SHIPS IN 2-3 DAYS — this is a non-stock item and can be shipped within 2-3 days
* SHIPS IN 7-8 DAYS — this is a non-stock item and can be shipped within 7-8 days
* TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE — we are currently not selling this product, but we may resume sales in future
* DISCONTINUED — indicates this item has been discontinued and we are unable to sell it
