Where is my order?

You will be able to find your order entering either the order number that is found in your confirmation e-mail, your telephone number or e-mail address. If tracking information has been entered for your order, you will be able to click on the tracking number and be taken directly to the shipping information for your order.

If tracking information is not available, that does not mean that your order did not ship on time. Sometimes it takes 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available. Please check back at a later time.
