Do I need an RMA number to return a product?
Absolutely, a “Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) number is required to properly process any return or product replacement. Any orders that are returned to us without an RMA will not be processed. Suppliers and manufactures will not authorize credit for products received without the authorization. Please do not simply mail back your product to the address listed on your mailing label. This may not be the proper warehouse that your return will be processed. Please contact us for the RMA number and proper instructions.
