Problems logging in? Read this.
If you are experiencing problems logging in, please ask yourself the questions below, and if none of them helps you solve the problem, please contact us.
Member ID and password
Are you getting the `There is no personal page associated with that ID# and Password' error? That means that either the
member id (user id) or the password you try to use is not correct. In that case, please try
to retrieve your password and if that does not help,
please feel free to contact us,
give us your name and e-mail address and we will get back to you with your id and password.
Cookies
In most cases, problems during log in are caused by the `cookies'. Are you interested what
the `cookies' are? Click here to find out.
Our site uses `cookies' to
identify you and provide you with personalized content. They are also used to keep
track of the products that you put in your `Shopping Cart'.
If you are getting the `Please login' message after you submit your id and password,
then you either have the `cookies' of your browser disabled or your browser does not support
`cookies'. If you see a message to notify you that a Web site is trying to send you a cookie
when you try to log in, you should choose to continue and accept the cookie
or you will not be able to sign in.
`Cookies' are not a security risk, and we do not use them to keep track of any personal
information or statistics. If you are concerned about your privacy and that is the reason
for you to disable or not accept `cookies', you might be interested in our
privacy statement and
shopping security guarantee.
