How it works.
Step 1 - Purchase one or more JET PAKS at our Shopping Site.
Step 2 - When your cartridge is empty, open the Jet Pak, follow the simple instructions to "form" the mailing box, clearly write your Name and Address on the return label, detach the numbered receipt and keep it for your records. IMPORTANT: Please note, that it is important to use JET PAK for black cartridges when you send-in a black empty cartridge, and JET PAK for color cartridges when you send-in a color empty cartridge for remanufacturing. If you order the 6 pack, you can use it both for black and color cartridges.
Step 3 - Place your empty cartridge into the small zip lock bag. To insure protecting the printing head of your cartridge, we recommend that you wrap the cartridge firmly with a paper towel. Place the cartridge into the box and d rop it into the mail. There is no additional postage required. THAT'S IT!
Step 4 - Your cartridge will be professionally re-manufactured, tested and returned to you within 5 to 7 days.
CAUTION: Please avoid touching the printhead and copper circuitry found on the cartridge.
